CITY OF OSAKIS PUBLIC HEARING FOR A
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
A Public Hearing will be held before the Osakis Planning & Zoning Commission on April 18th, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible, at the Osakis City Hall, 14 Nokomis Street East, Osakis, MN 56360.
The purpose of the hearing is to consider a Conditional Use Permit submitted by Paul Hartmann to construct storage units as per Osakis Zoning Ordinance to the property at 3651 Hwy 27, Osakis, MN.
All interested parties should be present wishing to be heard regarding the above request or send correspondence of the matter to: City of Osakis, Attn: Angela Jacobson, City Clerk, PO Box 486, Osakis, MN 56360 at least two days before the Public Hearing Date of April 16th, 2024.
