NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS: Sealed proposal will be received by the City of Long Prairie Minnesota at the City Hall until the hour of 10:00 A.M. on May 16th, 2024, and will be publicly opened and read aloud immediately thereafter for SEAL COATING ON CITY STREETS, ALLEYS AND PARKING LOTS, as follows:
BID:
Area 1:
8,056 GAL. - Bituminous Material, CRS-2P applied and supplied by contractor.
302 Cu. Yds - Seal Coat Aggregate (FA-2) granite chips supplied by contractor.
Area 2:
3,604 GAL. - Bituminous Material, CRS-2 applied and supplied by contractor.
133 Cu. Yds - Seal Coat Aggregate (FA-2) granite chips supplied by contractor.
Area 3:
5,490 GAL. - Bituminous Material, CRS-2 applied and supplied by contractor.
203 Cu. Yds - Seal Coat Aggregate (FA-2) granite chips supplied by contractor.
All bids must be on the basis of cash payment for the work.
The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive informalities therein.
No bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of 61 days after the actual date of opening thereof.
