NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: Notice is hereby given that the City of Planning Commission will convene on Tuesday, July 30th, at 4:30 PM in the council chambers at City Hall at 615 Lake St S, Long Prairie, MN 56347. The commission will conduct the following public hearing and make a recommendation to the City Council:
1. Variance request to reduce setback requirements for a proposed garage at 17 2nd Ave SW, Long Prairie, MN 56347
All interested persons are invited to attend these hearings and be heard or send written comments to City Hall at 615 Lake St S NE: Attn. Planning Department or to cbruder@cityoflongprairie.com. All written comments must be submitted by 1:00 pm on the day of the hearing. Application information and a staff report are available for viewing at City Hall (staff report typically 5-7 days before the hearing date).
