To Permit An Anerobic Digestor
Notice is hereby given per Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 116 that:

is applying to Todd County and the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency to permit a facility to operate an anerobic digester to produce renewable natural gas.
The facility is in the NE ¼ Section 33, Long Prairie Township, Todd County.
There will be an above ground steel tank LMSA along with pumps and other equipment buildings associated with this facility along with an expansion of an existing concrete LMSA and construction of a new concrete LMSA.
There is no expansion of animal units associated with the facility. Animal units will remain at 2373.
This publication shall constitute as notice to each resident and each owner of real property within 5000 feet of the perimeter of the proposed feedlot as required by Minnesota State Law.
